226 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-069 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />Dept. and Miscellaneous <br />Fee or Service <br /> <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT (CONT'D) <br /> <br />Range-Number <br /> <br />The range-number of a business shall be based on the maximum quantity of all hazardol <br />materials present on the business premises at any one time in accordance with <br />following schedule: <br /> <br />Range-Number <br /> <br />Quantity <br /> <br /> Gases Liquids Solids <br />(Cubic Feet) (Gallons) (Pounds) <br /> <br />1 200 to 1,000 55 to 1,000 500 to 1,000 <br />2 1,001 to 5,000 1,001 to 5,000 1,001 to 5,000 <br />3 5,001 to 10,000 5,001 to 10,000 5,001 to 10,000 <br />4 Over 10,000 Over 10,000 Over 10,000 <br /> <br />The range-numbers of gases, liquids and solids on the business premises shall be computed <br />separately, and the htghest range-number in any of the three categories shall be the <br />range-number of the business. <br /> <br />Fee Schedule: <br /> <br />Each submission of a business plan (as defined in Health and Safety Code Section <br />25501) and each certification provided pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section <br />25505 (c) and each submission of an annual inventory pursuant to Health and Safety <br />Code Section 25505 (d) (other than inventories which are submitted as part of a <br />business plan or certification) shall be accompanied by a fee based upon the "range" <br />of the subject business in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> <br />R~nqe Fee <br />1-A $150.00 <br />1-B 175.00 <br />1-C 200.00 <br />1-D 300.00 <br />1-E 500.00 <br />2-A 200.00 <br />2-B 225.00 <br />2-C 250.00 <br />2-0 350.00 <br />2-E 550.00 <br />3-A 300.00 <br />3-B 325.00 <br />3-C 350.00 <br />3-D 450.00 <br />3-E 650.00 <br />4-A 450.00 <br />4-B 475.00 <br />4-C 500.00 <br />4-0 600.00 <br />4-E 800.00 <br /> <br /> <br />
