Heinly <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Major Carl Andreasen, The Salvation Army. <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />June 19, 1961, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on <br />motion of Counc~l~n Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried. <br /> <br />Bid Postponment <br />Construct Sewer in <br />Tustin Avenue <br />Project S-29 <br /> <br />Reso. No. 61-161 <br />Authorize Execution <br />Agreement Joint Parti- <br />cipation water delivery <br />line "East Orange County <br />Feeder No. 2" <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Brewer, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the oral request <br />of the Manager was approved and action continued until the next meeting on the award <br />for the construction of a sanitary sewer in Tustin Avenue, between First Street and <br /> <br />a point approximately 610 feet north of Fourth Street, Project S-29. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-161 authorizing execution of agreement between <br />the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and various <br />cities and districts within the County of Orange for a Joint parti- <br />cipation in constructic~ and use ~,f,.a water delivery line known <br />as 'East Orange County Feeder No. <br /> <br /> <br />
