No. 61-17~ No Parking Zones Fifth St. at B~istol St.; on West 17th St. near College Avenue ~he Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, onmotion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- titled: "Resolution No. 61-170 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" repealing and rescinding Resolution No. 56-268, adopted October 15, 1956, and in- stalling Stop Signs at the intersection of Fourth and Artesia Streets, directing traffic on Fourth Street to stop to traffic on Artesia Street, as recommended by the Department of Public Works, was c~nsidered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, Bob Brewer, ~. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- titled: "Resolution No. 61-171 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" ~stablishing No Parking Zones frc~ ~:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on the north side of First Street, between Townsend and Artesia Streets, and on the south side of First Street, between Artesia and Franklin Streets; and establishing No Parking Zones on the north and south sides of First Street~ between Artesia and Western Streets, on the south side of First Street~ between Artesia and Franklin Streets, and on the west side of Artesia Street~ between First and Second Streets~ as recommended by the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes~ Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall Noes~ Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution~ on motion of Councilmau Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- titled: "Resolution No. 61-172 concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" establishing No Parking Zones on the north side of Fi~th Street~ between Artesia and Western Avenues; on the north and south sides of Fifth Street, between Artesia and Falrlawn Streets; and on the east side of Artesia Street~ between Fifth and Fourth Streets~ as recommended by the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, Bob Brewer~ A. A. Hall Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried~ the following Resolution en- titled: "Resolution No. 61-17B concerning parking limitations and curb markings in accordance therewith" establishing No Parking Zones on the north and south sides of Fifth Street, Bristol Street and Baker Street~ on the north and south sides of Fifth Street~ be- tween Bristol and Hesperian Streets; and on the south side of Seventeenth Street, between E~lish Street and College Avenue, as reco~ended by the Department of Pub- lic Works, was considered and passed by the following vote:
