No. 61-17~ <br />No Parking Zones <br />Fifth St. at B~istol St.; <br />on West 17th St. near <br />College Avenue <br /> <br /> ~he Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, onmotion of <br /> Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br /> titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-170 concerning parking limitations and <br /> curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br /> repealing and rescinding Resolution No. 56-268, adopted October 15, 1956, and in- <br /> stalling Stop Signs at the intersection of Fourth and Artesia Streets, directing <br /> traffic on Fourth Street to stop to traffic on Artesia Street, as recommended by <br /> the Department of Public Works, was c~nsidered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Bob Brewer, ~. A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Dale H. Heinly <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution en- <br />titled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-171 concerning parking limitations and <br /> curb markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />~stablishing No Parking Zones frc~ ~:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on the north side of <br />First Street, between Townsend and Artesia Streets, and on the south side of First <br />Street, between Artesia and Franklin Streets; and establishing No Parking Zones on <br />the north and south sides of First Street~ between Artesia and Western Streets, on <br />the south side of First Street~ between Artesia and Franklin Streets, and on the <br />west side of Artesia Street~ between First and Second Streets~ as recommended by <br />the Department of Public Works, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes~ Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br />Noes~ Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Dale H.
