375 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 90-096 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 90-8 TO <br />ALLOW SALE OF BEER AND WINE IN A <br />STORE LOCATED AT 3338 SOUTH BRISTOL. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on August 6, <br />1990, on Conditional Use Permit Application No. 90-008, which <br />sought to allow the sale of beer and wine for off-site consumption <br />in a store at 3338 South Bristol Street, which application came to <br />this Council on appeal following its denial by the zoning <br />administrator; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid <br />hearing, the City Council finds and determines as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The sale of beer and wine will be ancillary to the <br />primary function of the store, which is to sell imported and <br />specialty dry goods, bakery and delicatessen products. <br /> <br /> (b) <br />convenience. <br /> <br />The sale of beer and wine provides a neighborhood <br /> <br /> (c) In these particular circumstances, the sale of beer <br />and wine will not be detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare <br />of people in the vicinity, and will not adversely affect the <br />economic stability or development of the surrounding area. <br /> <br /> (d) The proposed use will comply with all applicable <br />zoning regulations. <br /> <br /> (e) The proposed use will not adversely affect the <br />general plan of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. Conditional Use Permit No. 90-008 is hereby approved, <br />subject to the conditions, requirements and limitations set forth <br />in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein and subject <br />to the additional conditions (1) that the floor area devoted to the <br /> <br /> <br />
