150 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />to experience rapid urbanization regardless of the development of the <br />project. <br /> <br />The project will provide addltioual office space within the City of <br />Santa Ann which will allow many firms presently located elsewhere to <br />locate within the City. This will assist the City in retaining its fair <br />share of regional economic opportunity. <br /> <br />The development of the project will directly provide temporary <br />employment opportunities in construction and permanent opportunities <br />In a variety of fields. It will also indirectly generate "spin-off" <br />economlc benefits to existing local businesses and services from new <br />employees. <br /> <br />Development of the project will generate additional property tax and <br />other revenues to the City of Santa Aha and will contribute various <br />fees for services and improvements required to provide for the <br />development. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The project will contribute to the funding of the Sandpointe <br />Neighborhood Improvement Plan which will benefit adjacent residents <br />with a variety of public Improvements. <br /> <br />Specific economic, social, or other considerations make infeasible <br />mitigation measures not Identified in the Draft EIR and the <br />Addendum, or project alternatives identified in the Draft EIR. <br /> <br />The significant impacts associated with the project are cumulative <br />and regional in nature. The project's incremental contribution to <br />those Impacts Is considered minimal and acceptable from a regional <br />perspective nature when balanced against the foregoing benefits. <br /> <br /> <br />
