<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councdlw~n Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution No. 61-222 accepting deeds where the City is
<br />paying a cash consideration"
<br />
<br />from Clarence F. and Phyllis E. Johnson, for real property on the west side of
<br /> Civic Center site,
<br />Parton Street, north of Sixth Street,'/in the sum of $17,000.00, of which $16,500.00
<br />
<br />is payment for the real property and $500.00 is payment for furniture and fixtures;
<br />
<br />from Lester F. and Idam~e Fellers, for real property located on the northeast corner
<br />

<br />Santa Aha, California, to assume responsibility for enforce-
<br />ment of Part 2, Division 13, of the Health and Safety Code
<br />regulating mobilehomes and mobilehc~e parks"
<br />
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />of territory to the City of Santa Aha, designating an appropri-
<br />ate name for said territory of 'Talbert and Greenville - South
<br />Annex' and giving notice of protest hearing thereon"
<br />
<br />and setting hearing date on November 6, 1961, was considered and passed by the
<br />
