<br />for real property on the north side of Sixth Street, east of Flower Street, in the
<br />Civic Center site, in the sum of $16,280.O0;

<br /> Revised Escrow Instructions No. 46761-C, dated September 28, 1961, with Rena
<br />M. Fryatt, Mary Evangeline Hager, and MarJorie Lucille Shenton, for real property
<br />on the northwest corner of Sixth and Parton Streets, in the Civic Center site, in

<br />Wulfestieg conveying a parcel of real property on the north side of Sixth Street,
