No. 61-255 <br />^uthorize execution <br />of Agreement with <br />State Department of <br />Finance (Population <br />Estimate) <br /> <br />estimate; costs to be paid by the City for the performance of the ~ervice. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br />Councflm~n Neinly, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Resolution <br />entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-255 authorizing execution of Agreement with <br /> the State Department of Finance for population estimate" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Escrow <br />Instructions <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Henry H. Vose, <br />for street easement on the west side of Bristol Street, south of Memory Lane, in <br />the sum of $8,625.00~ <br /> <br /> Escrow Instructions No. 46760-C, dated October 17, 1961, with Dora Wulfestieg, <br />for real property on the north side of Sixth Street, east of Flower Street, in the <br />Civic Center site, in the sum of $16,280.O0; <br /> <br /> Revised Escrow Instructions No. 46761-C, dated September 28, 1961, with Rena <br />M. Fryatt, Mary Evangeline Hager, and MarJorie Lucille Shenton, for real property <br />on the northwest corner of Sixth and Parton Streets, in the Civic Center site, in <br />the sum of $20, B00.00; and <br /> <br />Reso. Vose, <br />Dora Wulfestieg et al <br /> <br /> Escrow Instructions No. 46814-C, dated October 11, 1961, with Clara Rill, for <br />real property on the west side of Garnsey Street· north of Sixth Street, in the <br />Civic Center site, in the sum of $12,400.00. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilm~u Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 61-256 accepting deeds where the City is <br />paying a cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Clara E. Vose and Clara Edith Vose, conveying a street easement On the west <br /> <br />side of Bristol Street, south of Memory Lane, in the s~n of $8,625.00; from Dora <br /> <br />Wulfestieg conveying a parcel of real property on the north side of Sixth Street, <br /> <br />east of Flower Street, in the Civic Center site, in the sum of $16,280.00; from <br /> <br />Rena M.
