Use the highest quantity of chemicals (or <br />materials) listed to determine the Number Range (1,2,3,...). <br /> <br />Count the number of chemicals {or materials) listed to determine the proper Letter <br />Range (A,B,C,...). <br /> <br />3. Using the combined Range figures (Number and Letter, l-A, 2-C, etc.) determine the <br /> proper fee from the schedule. <br /> <br /> <br />
