175 <br /> <br />REL:mb 6/14/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91460 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO PROVIDE <br />ANNUAL REQUALIFICATION FOR <br />PARTICIPATION IN THE ARTERIAL <br />HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1991-92. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 9, Division 2, of <br />the Streets and Highway Code of the State of california authorize <br />a County to expend funds apportioned to it out of the California <br />Highway Users' Tax Fund for aid to any city for the improvement, <br />construction, or repair of streets within such city; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the procedure manual for the Arterial Highway <br />Financing Program (AHFP) requires annual requalification of <br />participating cities in the program by affirming with the AHFP <br />Advisory Committee that the City's Master Plan of Arterial Highways <br />is mutually satisfactory and in conformance with that of the <br />County; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has uniform setback <br />requirements to protect ultimate arterial highway right-of-way; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has a General Plan <br />Circulation Element with provisions for the limitation of access to <br />the arterial highway system. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA; <br /> <br /> That the City's Master Plan of Arterial Highways is <br />mutually satisfactory and in conformance with those of its adjacent <br /> <br /> <br />
