<br />introduced at a previous meeting and adopted at this meeting reducing the speed limit on

<br />repealing and rescinding that portion of Resolution No. 59-111, adopted May 4, 1959,

<br />ordering No Parking at any time on the east side of Flower Street between Bishop and
<br />
<br />Richland Streets; and establishing No Parking from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on the east
<br />
<br />side of Flower between Bishop and Richland Streets, reference request of Mrs. Amalia A.
<br />
<br />Eastman, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />
<br />next meeting.
