<br />Central Avenue, subject to conditions. At the Council meeting held November 20,

<br />parcels located at the northwest corner of Standard Avenue and Occidental Street.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, Preliminary

<br />Record of Survey Map No. 228, filed by Robert K. Wong, was approved subject to
<br />conditions.

<br />Communication was presented from the Planning Department recommending denial of
<br />Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 227, filed by John Magarro, creating four
<br />parcels on property on the south side of Sugar Avenue approximately 850 feet west
<br />of Harbor Boulevard. At the request of James E. Walker, Attorney, 310 Spurgeon
<br />Building, representing the owner and applicant, and on motion of Councilman Heinly,
<br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the matter was continued until the next meeting.

<br />of Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 229, filed by Gabriel M. Giannini, et al,
<br />creating two parcels located between Main Street and Newport Avenue approximately
<br />135 feet north of the intersection of Main and Sunflower Street, subject to
<br />conditions. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried,
<br />Preliminary Record of Survey Map No. 229, filed by Gabriel M. Giannini, et al, was
<br />approved subject to conditions.
