Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Bob Brewer <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-283 accepting deeds where the City <br /> is paying no cash consideration" <br /> <br />from John A. and Jean M. O'Conner, conveying an easement for water main purposes on the <br />East side of Berrydale Street, North of Seventeenth Street; and from Hodges Building <br />Corporation, for street easement at the northwest corner of Grand and McFadden Avenues, <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, <br /> Dale H. Heinly, A.A. Hall <br />Noes, Councilmen None <br />Absent, Councilmen Bob Brewer <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 61-284 authorizing execution of <br /> quitclaim Deeds by the City of Santa Aha" <br /> <br />quitclaiming to L.O. and Thelma R. Burke all vehicular access rights on the west side <br />of Standard Avenue, south of Edinger Street; and quitclaiming to Greschner-Rabec all <br />vehicular access rights on the North side of First Street, west of Townsend Street, was <br />considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E.
