<br />1961, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved as mailed, on motion of
<br />i Councilman Heinly, seconded by Schlueter and carried.

<br />accepted at the unit prices and in the total amount of $24,659.80, with the stipulatio$
<br />that only the following subcontractractors be authorized to assist them on this projec~
<br />
<br />as per a written statement submitted by them on December ll, 1961: Concrete Work -
<br />
<br />Superior Concrete Works, Anaheim,and Paving - Sully-Miller ~Company, Long Beach; and
<br />
<br />all other bids rejected.
