RESOLUTION NO. 91-078 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 91-71 TO DELETE THE CHANGE IN LAND <br />USE DESIGNATION FOR THE AREA SOUTH OF <br />FIFTH STREET, BETWEEN RAITT AND BRISTOL <br />STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on July 15, 1991, <br />on proposed General Plan Amendment No. 90-9 and proposed zoning <br />district Amendment Application No. 1052, which together changed the <br />general plan land use designations and zoning district classifi- <br />cations of various areas throughout the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> .WHEREAS, General Plan Amendment No. 90-9 was approved by this <br />Council on July 15, 1991 by its Resolution No. 91-71; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, both General Plan Amendment No. 90-9 and Amendment <br />Application No. 1052 made changes in the land use designations and <br />the zoning district classifications in the area bounded by Raitt <br />Street, Fifth Street, Bristol Street and First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, at its meeting of August 5, 1991, <br />determined that changes in the land use designations and zoning <br />district classifications of the abovesaid area should not be made <br />at the present time, and revised Ordinance No. NS-2139, approving <br />Amendment Application No. 1052, to delete proposed zoning district <br />changes in the said area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council likewise desires to revise its <br />Resolution No. 91-71, approving General Plan Amendment No. 90-9, to <br />delete the change in land use designation for the abovesaid area; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA that Resolution No. 91-71 of the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Subsection a of section 3 of the said resolution is <br />amended by deleting the line showing Exhibit 11, Area 3 as being <br />changed to Low Density Residential. <br /> <br /> <br />
