RESOLUTION NO. 91-078 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-71 TO DELETE THE CHANGE IN LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR THE AREA SOUTH OF FIFTH STREET, BETWEEN RAITT AND BRISTOL STREETS WHEREAS, this Council held a public hearing on July 15, 1991, on proposed General Plan Amendment No. 90-9 and proposed zoning district Amendment Application No. 1052, which together changed the general plan land use designations and zoning district classifi- cations of various areas throughout the City of Santa Ana; and .WHEREAS, General Plan Amendment No. 90-9 was approved by this Council on July 15, 1991 by its Resolution No. 91-71; and WHEREAS, both General Plan Amendment No. 90-9 and Amendment Application No. 1052 made changes in the land use designations and the zoning district classifications in the area bounded by Raitt Street, Fifth Street, Bristol Street and First Street; and WHEREAS, this Council, at its meeting of August 5, 1991, determined that changes in the land use designations and zoning district classifications of the abovesaid area should not be made at the present time, and revised Ordinance No. NS-2139, approving Amendment Application No. 1052, to delete proposed zoning district changes in the said area; and WHEREAS, this Council likewise desires to revise its Resolution No. 91-71, approving General Plan Amendment No. 90-9, to delete the change in land use designation for the abovesaid area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA that Resolution No. 91-71 of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended as follows: 1. Subsection a of section 3 of the said resolution is amended by deleting the line showing Exhibit 11, Area 3 as being changed to Low Density Residential.
