· 09'5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 92-003 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA REQUESTING THE ORANGE COUNTY <br />TRARSPORTATION AUTHORITY TO ALLOCATE ORANGE <br />COUNTY UNIFIED T~3~NSPORTATION TRUST (OCUTT) <br />FUNDS FOR WIDENING OF MAIN STREET BRIDGE AT <br />STATE ROUTE 22. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1512, Statutes of 1985 allows the Orange <br />County Transportation Authority to allocate funds from the rapid <br />transit reserve to local agencies for the improvement, <br />construction, or repair of local streets and roads; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation <br />approved the OCUTT Streets and Roads Program on May 31, <br />Fiscal Year 1990-91; and <br /> <br />Authority <br />1990 for <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the three-year program includes $247,140 in <br />Fiscal Year 1990-91 for a bridge widening project on Main Street at <br />State Route 22. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana hereby requests the Orange County <br />Transportation Authority allocate $22,242.60 for construction <br />engineering and $222,426 for constr~ction for a total of <br />$244,669.60 in OCUTT funds to the City. This request is in <br />conformance with the OCUTT allocation process and does not exceed <br />ninety (90) percent of the OCUTT allocation programmed for the <br />project. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Ana agrees <br />to fund its share of the improvement costs in Fiscal year 1990-91 <br />and any additional costs over the programmed OCUTT amount of <br />$247,140. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, <br />awarded the contract for the Main <br />for $740,264.50. <br /> <br />that the City of Santa Ana has <br />Street Bridge widening project <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city of Santa Aha has 1) <br />designed the project improvements in accordance with the City's <br />design standards; 2) acquired right-of-way for the project in <br />conformance with the City's policies and procedures; and 3) <br />completed and certified all required environmental documentation <br />for the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
