· 09'5 RESOLUTION 92-003 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REQUESTING THE ORANGE COUNTY TRARSPORTATION AUTHORITY TO ALLOCATE ORANGE COUNTY UNIFIED T~3~NSPORTATION TRUST (OCUTT) FUNDS FOR WIDENING OF MAIN STREET BRIDGE AT STATE ROUTE 22. WHEREAS, Chapter 1512, Statutes of 1985 allows the Orange County Transportation Authority to allocate funds from the rapid transit reserve to local agencies for the improvement, construction, or repair of local streets and roads; and WHEREAS, the Orange County Transportation approved the OCUTT Streets and Roads Program on May 31, Fiscal Year 1990-91; and Authority 1990 for WHEREAS, the three-year program includes $247,140 in Fiscal Year 1990-91 for a bridge widening project on Main Street at State Route 22. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby requests the Orange County Transportation Authority allocate $22,242.60 for construction engineering and $222,426 for constr~ction for a total of $244,669.60 in OCUTT funds to the City. This request is in conformance with the OCUTT allocation process and does not exceed ninety (90) percent of the OCUTT allocation programmed for the project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Santa Ana agrees to fund its share of the improvement costs in Fiscal year 1990-91 and any additional costs over the programmed OCUTT amount of $247,140. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, awarded the contract for the Main for $740,264.50. that the City of Santa Ana has Street Bridge widening project BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city of Santa Aha has 1) designed the project improvements in accordance with the City's design standards; 2) acquired right-of-way for the project in conformance with the City's policies and procedures; and 3) completed and certified all required environmental documentation for the project.
