099 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-604 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO <br />CHANGE BOUNDARY LINES OF WARDS, AND FIXING THE <br />TIME AND PLACE OF A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That this Council hereby declares its intention to make <br />changes in the exiting Ward boundary lines. <br /> <br /> 2. That 6:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of February 1992, in the <br />Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California, is <br />the time and place when and where any person having an interest in, <br />objection to, or suggestion regarding the making of changes in Ward <br />boundary lines may appear before the city Council and be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br /> 3.
