RESOLUTION NO. 92-017 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />SUPPLEMENT NO. 061 TO LOCAL AGENCY/STATE <br />AGREEMENT NO. 12-5063 FEDERAL-AID SAFETY <br />FUNDING FOR HAZARD ELIMINATION SAFETY PROJECT <br />AT BRISTOL STREET AND HESPERIAN WAY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council of the city of Santa Ana has <br />identified improvements in traffic safety as a transportation <br />objective of highest priority; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Federal-Aid Safety Funding in the amount of <br />$38,070 has been approved and allocated for implementation of this <br />improvement project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, city-matching funds in the required amount of <br />$9,230 are available in the Fiscal Year 91-92 Budget. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, The city Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />resolves that Supplement No. 061 to Local Agency/State Agreement <br />No. 12-5063 shall be executed. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 2nd day of March , 1992. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council/ <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Young Aye <br />Pulido Aye <br />Acosta Aye <br />Griset Aye <br />McGuigan Aye <br />Norton Absent <br />Richardson Aye <br /> <br />AM/145d/mb <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />city Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
