169 <br /> <br />Abandonment No. 89-A7 <br />December 9, 1991 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />Should Abandonment No. 89-A7 be approved, the project shall comply with all <br />applicable sections of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the uniform Building code and other applicable <br />regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following: <br /> <br />A. Public Works Aqenc¥ <br /> <br />The Public Works Agency has reviewed this proposed Site Plan and <br />recommends that the proposed street abandonments be approved, but that <br />the abandonment documents not be recorded until the School District has <br />made the following street dedications and public improvements: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />The Santa Ana Unified school District to dedicate vehicle turn- <br />outs on Bishop Street to eight feet back of curb as per approved <br />impr6vement plans. <br /> <br />The following public improvements are required: <br /> <br />a) The following apply to all fronting public streets: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Furnish ornamental street lighting with underground service <br />as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Close all unused driveways with curb, gutter, and sidewalk, <br />as per approved improvement plans. <br /> <br />3) Remove and replace all uplifted/cracked sidewalk. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Reconstruct all water and sewer facilities as required by <br />the abandonments, including fire hydrant relocations <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Construct tree wells and plant street trees as per approved <br />improvement plans. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Install street signs and pavement striping, including but <br />not limited to: street name signs, school zone signs, <br />speed limit signs, no stopping anytime signs, warning <br />signs, bus turn-out signs, pedestrian loading zone signs, <br />street striping and crosswalks, in accordance with signage <br />and striping plans approved by Traffic Operations. <br /> <br /> <br />
