<br />Each me~ber of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of
<br />January 15, January 22 and January 29, 1~62, reading of the Mtnutes was
<br />dispensed with and approved as m~iled, on motion of Councilman Hubbard,
<br />seconded by Schlueter and carried.
