<br />Communication was presented from Lifetime Development Corp. submitting monument
<br />bonds in the amount of $1,000.00 each for Tracts ~33 and 4467, in the newly pre-
<br />scribed form approved by the City Attorney, requesting acceptance of these bonds
<br />and refund of cash deposit accepted by Council at the January 15, 1962 meeting, in
<br />
<br />lieu of monument bonds. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and
<br />
<br />carried, the Monument bonds were accepted for Tracts ~433 and 4467, and refund of
<br />
<br />Agreement

<br />ing fees for cats

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, action was contin~
<br />ued until the next meeting on the Agreement with the County increasing the impound'
<br />
<br />ing fees for dogs frc~ $1.00 to $2.00 and the feeding fees for cats from 25 cents
<br />
<br />to 50 cents each; also, letter offering complete animal control service, with an
<br />
<br />agreement.

<br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, that escrow in~
<br />
<br />structions be approved and signed for certain properties and with the following
<br />
<br />persons:

<br />Quinton E. and Janet L. Newton, for street easement on the west side of
<br />Fairview Street south of Ninth Street, in the sum of $2,800.00~

<br />George Whiddon, 610 East 6th Street, representing a group of property owners in the
<br />
<br />vicinity of the Arrow Laundry and Cleaners, 620 East 6th Street, again protested
<br />
<br />the vibration nuisance from the machinery installed at the laundry. Mr. Whiddon
<br />
<br />stated it was his understanding that a complaint was to be filed in Court and ques~
<br />
<br />tioned the delay, as this nuisance had been prevailing for approximately eight
<br />
<br />months. The Attorney explained that a complaint had been filed and the pre-trial
<br />
