Hall <br /> Councilmen None <br /> Councilmen None <br /> <br />On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the recommendation <br />of the Department of Public Works was approved and the request of Steiny and <br />Mitchell granted for a time extension of five working days for the completion of <br />traffic signals and lighting systems at Broadway and Eighth Street, Westminster <br />Avenue and Newhope Street, Grand and McFadden Avenues, First and Fairview Streets. <br />On motion of Councilwmu Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, the request of <br />Wallace G. Malmquist, Committee of Troop 179, St. Luke's U.P. Church, Garden Grove, <br />was granted for permission for the boys in the unit to paint curb numbers in the <br /> <br />area bounded by 17th Street on the south, Garden Grove Boulevard on the north, <br /> <br />Berrydale Street on the west, and the Santa Ana River on the east, during the <br /> <br />months of March, April and May, 1962, at a charge of 50 cents per house. <br /> <br /> <br />
