430 <br /> <br />Council Chamber <br />Santa Ana City Hall <br />March 20, 1962 3:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in adjourned regular session. <br />?Meeting called to order by the Vice-Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Councilmen Henry H. Schlueter, Dale H. Heinly, <br /> Royal E. Hubbard <br /> <br />iAbsent Councilmen Bob Brewer, A. A. Hall <br /> <br />Canvass Election <br />Returns <br />(Special Bond <br />Election~ <br /> <br />Vice-Mayor Hubbard announced this is the time and place fixed for the canvass of <br />the returns of the Special Bond Election held on March 13, 1962. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Heinly, seconded by Schlueter and carried, that the <br />ballot envelopes be opened and canvassed and that the absentee votes be canvassed. <br />Said ballots and absentee votes were duly and regularly canvassed as provided by <br /> <br />IReso. No. 62-71 <br />:Declare result <br /> of canvass of <br /> Election Returns <br /> (Special Bond <br /> Election) <br /> <br />law. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, it was moved <br />by Councilman Heinly, secGnded by Schlueter and carried, that the followi~ Reso- <br />lution declaring the result of said canvass be adopted, and that said Resolution, <br />together with the Clerk of the Council statement, be set forth in full on the <br /> <br />Minutes: <br /> <br />(see page 431) <br /> <br /> <br />
