,558 <br /> <br />Type B mitigation measures, the Environmental Coordinator shall <br />prepare a report to the Planning Manager specifying such mitigation <br />measures. The Planning Manager shall assure that such Type B <br />mitigation measures are included in the recommended conditions of <br />approval for the project. The decision-making body shall not <br />approve the project without either including such Type B mitigation <br />measures as conditions of approval of the project or requiring an <br />environmental impact report to be prepared for the project prior to <br />determining whether to approve the project. Following approval of <br />the project, Type B mitigation measures shall be enforced by <br />Planning Division personnel in the same manner as other conditions <br /> <br />of approval in a variance, conditional use permit, or other <br />revocable entitlement are enforced. <br /> <br /> (d) For any public project which is proposed for approval <br /> <br />based on Type C mitigation measures, the Environmental Coordinator <br />shall prepare a report to the officer of the City most responsible <br />for implementing the project specifying such mitigation measures. <br />Such officer shall either (1) assure that the project incorporates <br />the specified mitigation measures and report back to the <br />Environmental Coordinator as to the manner of such incorporation, <br />or (2) shall report back to the Environmental Coordinator why such <br />incorporation is not feasible, in which case the Environmental <br />Coordinator shall withdraw the negative declaration prepared for <br />the project. <br /> <br /> (e) At such time as the project is submitted to the decision- <br />making body for a determination whether to approve the project, the <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br /> <br />
