667 <br /> <br />Resolution 92-094 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />2. That Section 3.1 ("Special Compensation Provisions") of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Deleting the following assignment pay designation from the <br />list of special pay differentials: <br /> <br />"(v) Personnel in the class of Senior Personnel Analyst <br />(UC) who are regularly and continuously assigned to and <br />actually performing duties in a "lead supervisory" ca- <br />pacity over a primary functiona.1 unit of Personnel Ser- <br />vices Department employees, will be paid at a rate set <br />ten (10) salary rate ranges (5.0%) above their then <br />current base monthly salary step." <br /> <br /> b. Adding the following assignment pay designation to the <br />list of special pay differentials: <br /> <br />"(jj) Incumbents in the class of Police Service Officer <br />who are regularly and continuously assigned to perform <br />full-time civilian accident investigation duties in <br />the Traffic Section of the Police Department, will <br />be paid an assignment pay differential at a rate <br />set ten (10) salary rate ranges (5%) above their then <br />current base monthly salary." <br /> <br />3. That Section 3.5.1 (CLASS TITLES AND WAGE RATES FOR SEASONAL <br />AND OTHER UNAFFILIATED CATEGORIES OF PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT) of <br />Resolution 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding <br />the following two class titles at the salary rate ranges shown: <br /> <br />Class Title step A SteD B Step C Step D St~p E <br /> <br />Program $10.00 $10.55 '$11.10 $11.65 $12.20 <br /> Coordinator <br />Senior Library 13.00 13.65 14.30 15.00 15.75 <br />Assistant <br /> <br />4. That Section 3B of Resolution 91-066, as amended, be further <br />amended by deleting the class titles of Business Enterprises <br />Manager (MM) and Police Planning and Budget Manager (MM) and by <br />retitling the class of Employee Benefits Coordinator (UC), <br />currently in Resolution 82-110, to Benefits and Compensation <br />Manager (MM) at Salary Rate Range No. M-18, $5039 (minimum) to <br />$5990 (maximum hiring rate) per month. <br /> <br /> <br />
