( 77 RESOLUTION 92-097 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD IN SAID CITY ON NOVEMBER 3, 1992 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Santa Aha, a general municipal election was held in the City of Santa Aha on November 3, 1992 to fill the office of Mayor of said City and the offices of members of the City Council of said City nominated from Wards 1, 3 and 5 of said city; and WHEREAS, in addition, pursuant to Ordinance No. NS-2170 and Resolution No. 92-068 of the City of Santa Ana, the following ballot measures were submitted to the voters of the city of said election: Measure S Shall the Charter be amended to prohibit the mayor or any councilmember from participating in any matter where the mayor or councilmember has received $250 or more in campaign contributions in the preceding 12 months from any person having a financial interest in such matter? Measure T Shall the Charter be amended to prohibit board and commission members from serving as treasurer to a political campaign committee? Measure U Shall the Charter be amended to limit campaign contributions to City election campaign committees to $1000 per source during each election cycle and to limit mayoral and city council candidates to one campaign committee and one bank account for city elections? NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the results of the said election, including the whole number of votes cast in the City, the names of the persons voted for, the measures voted upon, for what office each person was voted for, and the number of votes given in the city to each person and for and against each measure, are set forth in that certain document attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth.
