1200 RESO O XON S -O S <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> <br />The federal court building to be constructed on the Site <br />will be of benefit to the project area. <br /> <br />No other reasonable means of financing the federal <br />courthouse building are available to the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br /> <br />The consideration for the conveyance of the Site pursuant <br />to the Disposition Agreement is less than the fair market <br />value of the Site determined at the highest use permitted <br />under the Redevelopment Plan, but such lesser consider- <br />ation is necessary to effectuate the purposes of the <br />Redevelopment Plan. <br /> <br /> 2. The conveyance of the Site by the Agency to the United <br />State~ of America upon the terms and conditions contained in the <br />Disposition Agreement is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3. The City shall not apply any section or part thereof of <br />the Amended Redevelopment Plan for the city of Santa Ana Redevelop- <br />ment Project adopted by Ordinance No. NS-l173 on July 2, 1973 and <br />amended by Ordinance No. NS-1258 on June 2, 1975, and on file with <br />the Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Ana, to the Site so <br />long as the Site is owned by the United States. <br /> <br /> 4.
