The Conflict of Interest Code of the Community Services Agency set forth in Exhibit H, and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. Recreation and attached hereto 10. The Conflict of Interest Code of the Community Development Agency set forth in Exhibit I, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 11. The Conflict of Interest Code of the Library Department set forth in Exhibit J, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 12. The Conflict of Interest Code of the Police Department set forth in Exhibit K, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 13. The Conflict of Interest Code of the Fire Department set forth in Exhibit L, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved. 14. Each designated employee who is required to file a Statement of Economic Interests pursuant to a Conflict of Interest Code shall file such Statement of Economic Interests with the head of the agency in which such designated employee is employed. The originals of Statements of Economic Interests filed by designated employees other than the head of the agency and a photo-copy of the Statement of Economic Interests of the head of the agency shall be retained in the files of the agency as public records until such time as their destruction may be authorized by this Council in accordance with the requirements of law. The original of the Statement of Economic Interests of the head of the agency shall be forwarded to the Clerk of the Council, who shall, on behalf of the City Council, retain such Statements of Economic Interests in the files of the Clerk of the Council as public records until such time as their destruction may be authorized by the City Council in accordance with the requirements of law. This section is intended to implement Section 4 of the model Conflict of Interest Code set forth in regulation 18730 of the Fair Political Practices Commission and incorporated by reference into the Conflict of Interest Codes approved by this Resolution.
