Construct new Main Street bus turn out per approved <br /> improvement plan. <br /> <br />Install traffic signal at the intersection of Lawson Way <br />per approved traffic signal plans when warranted, but not <br />later than the last Phase II building occupancy. <br /> <br />Install signage and street striping on Lawson Way per the <br />approved channelization plan. <br /> <br />Satisfy terms per the development agreement for option of <br />a pedestrian bridge over Main Street. <br /> <br />Satisfy terms per the development agreement for option of <br />a fixed guideway station. <br /> <br />Construct driveways, street lights, landscaping, sidewalk, <br />and street trees per approved Owens and Main Street <br />improvement plans and Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Developer shall comply with all mitigation measures <br />applicable to the project as set forth in the draft EIR and <br />as modified in the response to comments portion of the EIR. <br /> <br />Remove & replace all damaged sidewalk (Main Street, Owens <br />Drive & Lawson Way). <br /> <br />Restripe Parker Street at <br />northbound left-turn lanes. <br />permit requirements. <br /> <br />La Veta to provide dual <br />Contact City of Orange for <br /> <br />10.
