451 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-039 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 82-110 AND 91-066 TO ADD AND DELETE <br />CERTAIN CLASS TITLES AND EFFECT OTHER CHANGES TO THE CITY'S <br />BASIC CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN FOR OFFICERS AND <br />EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the <br />City of Santa Ana requires the city Manager to prepare, install and <br />maintain a position classification and pay plan subject to civil <br />service rules and regulations and the approval of the City Council; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 2, 1982, the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 82-110 revising and re-establishing the <br />Basic Classification and Compensation Plan for officers and <br />employees of the City of Santa Ana; and on July 1, 1991 passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 91-066 re-establishing the Compensation Plan <br />for classes of employment designated as unrepresented Executive and <br />Middle Ma~agem~t;.and <br /> '~' WHEREAS, wi%h' the adoption of the annual budget for Fiscal <br />Year 1993-94, the City Council authorized certain organizational <br />and staffing changes which affect several titles in the City's <br />Basic Classification and Compensation Plan for classes of <br />employment contained in Resolution Nos. 82-110 and 91-066; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend said Resolutions to effect <br />these changes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA: <br /> <br />1. That Section 3 of Resolution 82-110, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by: <br /> <br /> a. Deleting the class titles of Circulation Services <br />Supervisor and Senior Projects Manager; <br /> <br /> b.
