That for that portion of Underground Utility <br />District No. 29 located between Warner Avenue and Myrtle Street, <br />the City Council does hereby fix December 1, 1994 as the date on <br />which affected property owners must be ready to receive underground <br />service, and does hereby order the removal of all poles, overhead <br />wires and associated overhead structures, and the underground <br />installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, <br />communication, or similar or associated service within Underground <br />Utility District No. 29 on or before June 15, 1995. <br /> <br /> 3. That for that portion of Underground Utility <br />District No. 29 located between Myrtle Street and Washington <br />Avenue, the City Council does hereby fix December 1, 1995 as the <br />date on which affected property owners must be ready to receive <br />underground service, and does hereby order the removal of all <br />poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and the <br />underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying <br />electric, communication, or similar or associated service within <br />Underground Utility District No. 29 on or before June 15, 1996. <br /> <br /> 4. That for that portion of Underground Utility <br />District No. 29 located between Washington Avenue and the Garden <br />Grove Freeway (SR 22), the City Council does hereby fix December 1, <br />1996 as the date on which affected property owners must be ready to <br />receive underground service, and does hereby order the removal of <br />all poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and <br />the underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying <br />electric, communication, or similar or associated service within <br />Underground Utility District No. 29 on or before June 15, 1997. <br /> <br /> 5. That 20A funds will be charged for installing up to <br />100 feet behind right-of-way for each customer's service lateral. <br />Undergrounding of individual electric services in excess of 100 <br />feet will be at the expense of the property owner. <br /> <br /> 6. That the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed <br />to notify all affected utilities and all affected property owners <br />within Underground Utility District 29 of the adoption of this <br />Resolution within ten (10) days after the date of such adoption. <br />Such notification shall be made by mailing a copy of this Resolu- <br />tion, together with a copy of said Santa Ana Municipal Code <br />Sections 37-1 to 37-13 to all affected property owners as such are <br />shown on the last equalized assessment roll and to the affected <br />utilities. <br /> <br /> 7. That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds and determines as follows, upon the basis of the <br />evidence presented at said hearing; that the public necessity, <br />health, safety, and welfare require the removal of poles, overhead <br /> <br /> <br />
