RESOLUTION NO. 93- 074 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE <br />DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY TO ENTER <br />INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF <br />CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, <br />(CALTRANS) FOR STATE FUNDING FOR FIVE PROJECTS <br />UNDER 1992-1993 TRAFFIC SYSTEM MANAGEMENT <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Aha has applied for State <br />funds to be used for five projects under the 1992-1993 Traffic <br />System Management Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />on June 3, 1993 <br />projects; and <br /> <br />the California Transportation Commission (CTC) <br />has approved a funding allocation for these <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Caltrans has presented a master agreement with <br />five supplements to reimburse the City for the cost for design and <br />construction of these projects; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />authorizes the executive director of the public works agency to <br />execute in the name of the city of Santa Ana all necessary <br />contracts and agreements including the state local entity master <br />agreement no.
