<br />On motion of C~cilm"n Hubbard, seconded by Heinly and carried, the claim of Anna
<br />A. Gooley, 920 - llth Street, ~untington Beach, in the sum of $500.00 for injuries
<br />sustained May 21, 1962, due to a defective si~[ewmlk at 405 North Bush Street, was
<br />referred to the Attorney and Insurance Carrier.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Helnly and carried, the claim of R.H.
<br />Billings, Claims Supervisor, State Farm Mat1,,1 Automobile Insurance Company, on
<br />behalf of Ronald and Barbara Alexander, in the amount of $20.00, for damages to the~
<br />car when City worl~men were tarring a back street, on May 18, 1962, was referred to
<br />the Attorney and Insurance Carrier.

<br />On recommendation of the Manager and on motion of COu~c~lmau Hubbard, seconded by
<br />Heinly amd carried, the Clerk was instructed to publish a notice of hearing of
<br />proposed Amendment to Zoning Ordinance of 1960 by creating a new Land Use District,
<br />proposed to be titled the PCD (Planned Com~auuity Development District); setting the
<br />date of hearing on July 16, 1962.

<br />On motion of C~nncilma~ Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, proper officials
<br />were authorized to execute Pipe Line License, dated June 11, 1962, with The Atchison
<br />Topeka and Santa Fe Railway (kmpemy for the construction and maintenance of an 8"
<br />sewer line crossing, from Buffalo Avenue to Lincoln Avenue, at MP 174 %"0965.6'
