Map of Tract 4611 <br />Allison Honer, <br />a co-partnership <br /> <br />Request <br />Voorheis-Trindle- <br />Nelson Inc. on behalf <br />Tricon Develol~aent Co. <br />Tracts'426~ and 4~60 <br />Extension of time <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Brewer and carried, Map of Tract ~611, <br />filed by Allison Honer, a co-partnership, for the dedication of Flower Street, <br />T~enty-first Street, Olive Street ~ Freeman Street, for public use for highway <br />purposes and all vehicular access rights to Flower Street, except at street inter- <br />sections, and Improvement Bond in the s~ of $SB,000.O0, and Mon~ent Bond in the <br />s~m of $B5O.00 were approved, and in approving the Map this Council finds and <br />determines that Lots 36, 37, S8, B9 and 40 are on this map for convenience of the <br />City as well as the Subdivider, and that it further finds that this was done to <br />avoid the filing of multiplicity record of survey maps, and the drainage <br />fee shall not be al~plied to these five lots; license fee in the sum of $1750.00 <br />accepted and agreement covering improvements ordered signed. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilm~ Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the request of <br />Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson Inc,, on behalf of Tricon Development COmpany, was granted <br />for extensions of one year on Tentative Tra~ $262, located approximately 1186 <br />north of Edlnger Avenue on the west side of E~clid Street, and on Tract 4560, <br /> <br />Reso. No. 62'125 <br />Accept deeds <br />Vincent Pucci et ux <br />et al <br /> <br />located north of Edinger Avenue, west of Euclid Avenue. <br />~cilm~ Heinly disqu.al, ified himself on the following Resolla~ions. <br /> ~cil ~ ,mm~tm~usly waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Cou~c~lmau Hubbard, seconded by Schlueter and carried, the following Resolution <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 62-~25 accepting deeds where the City <br />is paying no cash consideration" <br /> <br />from Vincent and Adelaide Pucci, for street easement on the north side of <br /> <br />Street east of English Street and also granting ,11 vehicular access rights to <br /> <br />Seventeenth Street; from The First Western Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee for <br /> <br />Boyle Eugineering Profit Sharing Plan, T~ust ~PT 793, an easement for street <br /> <br />on the south side of Chestnut Avenue west of Lyon Street and also granting all <br /> <br />vehicular access rights to Chestnut Avenue as it will be revised by the granting <br /> <br />of the easement, and from Mamory Lane Co., a limited partnership, conveying <br /> <br />vehicular access rights to Memory Lane on the northwest corner of M~mory Lane and <br /> <br />Westwoed Street, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Reso.
