<br />depot in Santa Aha to E1 Toro Marine Base for a fee to the detriment of his client
<br />business, and in effect have been operating a taxi service without being licensed
<br />and soliciting business at the bus depot, and requesting consideration of amendment
<br /> to Section 6388 of the Municipal Cede, as adopted by Ordinance NS-454,
