That Section 3.1 ("Special Compensation Provisions") of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"Shift Differential. Non-management employees who are <br />regularly and continuously assigned to a schedule of work <br />which requires that they actually work a minimum of 4 1/2 <br />hours between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. will <br />be paid a shift differential for their entire work shift <br />of ten (10) salary rate ranges (5%) above their current <br />base monthly salary rate; however, this shift pay <br />differential shall not be applicable to employees in the <br />classes of Park Ranger and Supervising Park Ranger, Park <br />Maintenance Worker I and II, Library Department employees <br />and classes represented by the Fire Benevolent <br />Association and the Police officers Association (except <br />the POA classes of Animal Control Officer I and II, <br />Forensic Specialist I and II, Police Communication <br />Supervisor, Police Property and Evidence Specialist, <br />Police Service Officer, and Police Services Dispatcher, <br />who are eligible to receive shift differential). <br /> <br />3. That Section 3.5.1 (CLASS TITLES AND WAGE RATES FOR SEASONAL <br />AND OTHER UNAFFILIATED CATEGORIES OF PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT) of <br />Resolution 82-110, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding <br />the following class title at the salary rate steps shown: <br /> <br />Class Title Step A Step B Step C Step D Step E <br /> <br />Police Special $12.70 $13.35 $14.00 $14.70 $15.50 <br /> Events Officer <br /> <br /> <br />
