<br />This being the date set for hearing of Resolution No. 62-137, declaring the City's
<br />intention to grant a franchise to Santa Aha Bus Service to operate a passenger
<br />carrying motor bus service within the City of Santa Aha, the hearing was opened. No
<br />protests were received and it was moved by C6uneilman Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and
<br />carried, that the hearing be closed and the matter be submitted to the Council.
<br />
<br />On motion of Counci~m-n Heinly, seconded by Hubbard and carried, Tentative Tract Map
<br />No. 4811 filed by George Buccola, creating 38 lots located south of Santa Clara and
<br />west of the Newport freeway, was approved, subject to conditions.
<br />
<br />Councilman Heinly disqualified himself from voting on the following. On motion of
<br />CounCilman Hubbard, seconded by Brewer and carried, lease between the City of Santa
<br />Ana and the County of Orange for rental in Community Center Building at 1104

<br />ment Corporation to furnish and install all sidewalks, curbs, and other improvements
<br />for Tract No. 4402, was approved subject to approval by the City Attorney.

<br />instructions No. 47849-C dated May 18, 1962, in the sum of $100.00 for an easement
<br />for street purposes, be approved and signed with William F. and Opal T. Watkins,
<br />subject to conditions.
