458 RESOLUTION 94-023 <br /> <br />The project would result in the disturbance of more than five acres of land area. <br /> <br />96. <br /> <br />The project sponsor shall file a report with the City of Santa Aha Public <br />Works Agency and the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br />which complies with the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System <br />(NPDES) permit for stormwater discharge, including the full description of the <br />discharge and the demonstration of compliance with EPA specified effluent <br />limits. The project sponsor shall comply with the guidance and policies of the <br />City Engineer and the RWQCB. <br /> <br />97. <br /> <br />l~he project sponsor shall prepare a comprehensive, long-term post- <br />construction stormwater management plan, incorporating structural and non- <br />structural best management practices. <br /> <br />Effect <br /> <br />The existing bank building may contain Asbestos Containing Building Materials. <br /> <br />98. <br /> <br />The project sponsor shall prepare an operations and maintenance plan for <br />Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBMs) that are not removed, <br />possibly in the Wells Fargo Bank building, and shall establish and maintain <br />employee notification as required by the Connelly Bill. <br /> <br />The project will require site plan review including review of landscape plans. <br /> <br />99. The design of the project is subject to site plan review and approval prior to <br /> the issuance of any permits to upgrade the property. An architectural theme <br /> shall be developed and initiated throughout the entire project to tie the <br /> buildings together. <br /> <br />-30- <br /> <br /> <br />
