NO. 62-191 On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Council re- ferred to the Manager for investigation and report petitions c~ntaining a~proximately 637 signatures of adults and students requesting a 4-way stop at Second and Patton. Betty Thigpen, 1810~estwoed, spoke on behalf of the petitioners. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Gilmore and carried, that the acceptance of improvements be approved and bond released for Tract 3769. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and carried, that Final Tract Map 4548 be approved and street dedications be accepted. Mayor Hall introduced by title "RESOLb~ION NO. DEk~" conveying drainage easement in the sum of $3,500.00. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and carried, that further reading be waived and Resolution No. 62-193 be adopted. CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 PUMPING STATION CA-89 On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Brewer and carried, authorization was granted for the construction of additions to Bristol Street Booster Pu~aping Station with.i Triad Piping and Construction Company in the amount of $233.00 am1 the Director of Public Morks was authorized to sign the Change Order.
