373 RESOLUTION NO. 94-079 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA MAKING CERTAIN FIND- INGS WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY BY THE COMMUNITY REDE- VELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO TALLER SAN JOSE WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the city of Santa Aha proposes, subject to the approval of this Council, to lease certain real property located at 801C North Broadway (the "Site") to Taller San Jose in accordance with proposed lease terms which are on file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency; and WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared, and the City Council has reviewed and considered a Summary Report setting forth the cost of the Agreement to the Agency, the estimated value of the interests to be leased, and other matters, and has made said Summary Report available for public inspection in accordance with the California Community Redevelopment Law; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California Redevelopment Law, the Agency and the city Council have held a duly noticed joint public hearing on the proposed lease of the Site; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The city Council hereby finds and determines that the lease of the Site to Taller San Jose will assist in the elimination of blight and that it is consistent with the implementation plan adopted pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 33490. 2. The City Council further finds a. nd determines that the con- sideration for the lease of the Site is not less than the fair reuse value of the Site at the use and with the covenants and conditions of the proposed lease. 3. The lease of the Site by the Agency to Taller San Jose is hereby approved.
