<br />authurized execution of three agreements providing for the inst-llation of railroad

<br />gates stopping vehic~,l~r traffic where the Santa Fe Railroad crosses 17th Street, 4th

<br />Street, and Grand Avenue.

<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman $chlueter and carried, Council
<br />authorized execution of an agreement with the Off Street Parking Cmmmission for loan
<br />by the Cityof $55,000 frc~ parking meter fund to complete procurement and development
<br />of relocated lot.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by COuncilman ~chlueter and carried, Council
<br />authorized execution of an agreement between the City and Gardner, et al, restricting
<br />land for off-street parking requirements.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter and carried, Counci~
<br />authorized execution of an agreement with Hank Hornstra, 4107 Bolsa Avenue, to remove
<br />sign encroachment from setback area.
