60 4 RESOLUTION 95-022 <br /> <br />II. A. <br /> <br />SPECIFIC CODE FEES AND CHARGES <br /> BUILDING CODE <br /> <br /> Any person desiring a permit required by the Building Code <br />shall, at the time of filing an application therefore, pay a fee <br />equal to $17.00 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be done <br />under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. There is <br />no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for single family <br />residences and duplexes. The minimum total fee for issuance of a <br />permit for all other uses shall be fifty-one dollars ($51.00). <br /> <br /> The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the total value <br />of all construction work for which the permit is issued using the <br />building valuation data based upon in the most recent edition of <br />Building Standards published by the International Conference of <br />Building Official. The value of work performed as a remodel and <br />other valuations not published by the International Conference of <br />Building Officials shall be determined by the Building Official. <br /> <br /> B. P~RKING LOT RESURFACING AND/OR REPAINTING <br /> <br /> Existing parking lot resurfacing and/or repainting, fee shall <br />be based on the value of the work performed. <br /> <br /> C. UNDERGROUND TANK REMOVAL <br /> <br /> Underground tank removal and backfill fee shall be based upon <br />valuation. <br /> <br /> D.
