883 <br /> <br />Wastewa~er service: <br /> <br />1. Through the Development <br />Review Committee process <br />all development projects, <br />as applicable, shall be <br />reviewed for sewer <br />improvements that may be <br />required. <br /> <br />2. Future sewer <br />improvemente shall be made <br />in accordance with the <br />City's and Orange County <br />Sanitation District's Sewer <br />Master Plans. <br /> <br />3. A sewer analysis shall <br />be prepared for individual <br />projects to determine the <br />impact to existing sewer <br />capacities. Identified <br />necessary sewer upgrades <br />shall be implemented as a <br />part of the project <br />construction. <br /> <br />4. In areas where sewer <br />facilities are not <br />available, the Agency shall <br />provide the necessary <br />infrastructure in <br />accordance with the <br />requirements of the city <br />and Orange County <br />Sanitation District prior <br />to project construction. <br /> <br />Bolid Waste: <br /> <br />1. The City shall <br />encourage recycling of <br />materials for both private <br />and public projects in <br />compliance with the City's <br />adopted Recycling Element, <br />to the extent possible. <br /> <br />2.
