RESOLUTION 95-024 Specific economic, social or other considerations make infeasible the mitigation measures or project alternatives identified in the EIR. After reviewing the Final EIR and the public record on the project, the city of Santa Ana hereby makes the findings in Section V, VI and VII, regarding the significant effects of the Amendment to the South Main Street Redevelopment Plan project, pursuant to Section 15091 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
