RESOLUTION 95-024 <br /> <br />Specific economic, social or other considerations <br />make infeasible the mitigation measures or project <br />alternatives identified in the EIR. <br /> <br />After reviewing the Final EIR and the public record on the project, <br />the city of Santa Ana hereby makes the findings in Section V, VI <br />and VII, regarding the significant effects of the Amendment to the <br />South Main Street Redevelopment Plan project, pursuant to Section <br />15091 of the State CEQA Guidelines. <br /> <br />V.
