PARKING ON 10TH STR~'I' On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Brewer and <br /> carried, a petition requesting <br />prohibition of parking on 10th Street between Broadway and Main from 6:00 a.m. <br />to 7:00 p.m. was received and referred to the City Manager for investigation. <br /> <br />ADVISORY CO~9~I'~I'EE - On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />MASTER PLAN seconded by Counc~lm-u Brewer and <br /> carried, Council received and filed <br /> the Planning Commission's nominees <br />for the citizens advisory committee for develolm~ent of the Master Plan. It <br />was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by CouncilmaU Gilmore and carried, <br />that the 68 persons named be appointed to the advisory cnmmittee and that <br />there be no limitation to the total memberships of the committee. <br /> <br />GIRL SCOUT - COOKIE SALE On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br /> seconded by Councilman Brewer and <br /> carried, Council approved the re- <br />quest from President of the Santiago Girl Scout Council to conduct a cookie sale <br />from February 16 to March 2, 1963. <br /> <br />CLAIM FOR INJURIES On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />NORMA SNOW seconded by CouncJ]m-u Brewer and <br /> carried, claim for $15,000 filed <br /> by Norma J. Snow, 7832 16th Street, <br />Westminster, was received and ordered referred to the City Attorney and <br />Insurance Carrier. <br /> <br />TRACT ~AP 4957 It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, <br />TRICON DEVELOPMENT seconded by Councilman Brewer and <br /> carried, that Tentative Tract Map <br /> 4957 filed by Tricon Develolm~ent, <br />Incorporated, be approved subject to the conditions outlined in the Planning <br />Director's letter dated December 20, 1962. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 63-7 On motion of Councilman Hubbard, <br />SUNFLOWER AND FLOWER N. W. ANNEX seconded by CouncJlm-u Brewer and <br /> carried, Council received and ordered <br /> filed petition for annexation, <br />Planning Commission and Boundary Cnmmission reports relative to a 43 acre parcel <br />south of the Pacific Electric Railroad, north of Sunflower, along the west side <br />of the southerly extension of Flower. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63-7 ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF <br />TERRITORY TO TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA, DESIGNATING AN APPROPRIATE NAME FOR SAID <br />T~e~RITORY OF "SUNFLOWER AND FLOWER NORTHWEST ANNEX" AND GMNG NOTICE OF <br />PROTEST HEARING THEREON was introduced by title. It was moved by Councilman <br />Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter, that further reading be waived and <br />Resolution 63-7 be adopted.
