087 RESOLUTION NO. 95-041 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA/~TAANACALLING FOR THE FORMA- TION OF A PROJECT AREACOMMITTEE FOR THE INTER CITY COMMUTER STATION REDEVELOP- MENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha will consider whether to amend the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Inter City Comm~ter Station Redevelopment Project to extend the time limit for commencement of eminent domain proceedings to acquire property within the project area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA as follows: 1. The City Council hereby calls upon the residents, businesses and existing community organizations in the Inter City Commuter Station Redevelopment Project Area to form a Project Area Committee. 2. Those "Procedures for the Formation of the Project Area Committee for the Santa Aha Inter city Commuter Station Redevelop- ment Project," attached hereto as Exhibit A, are hereby approved and adopted pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 33385 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California. 3. The Executive Director of the Community Development Agency is authorized to establish the time and place of public meetings relative to the formation of the Project Area Committee and to provide notice of the same to all residents, businesses and community organizations in the Project Area in accordance with the procedures adopted by the City Council.
