Exposed soil surfaces shall be watered twice daily. <br /> <br />B. Stockpiles of excavated materials shall be watered, chemically stabilized or covered. <br /> <br />C. Tracks carrying excavated materials from the site shall be covered or maintain <br /> adequate freeboard and shall have their tires and undercandages washed prior to <br /> exiting the site. <br /> <br />D. Paving of exposed di~ surfaces shall be done as quickly as possible. <br /> <br />E. Streets affected by fugitive dust shall be swept regularly. An onsite manager, shall <br /> be responsible for monitoring dust levels and suggesting appropriate additional <br /> control measures, ff necasauT. <br /> <br />F. Uncovered soil ahall be bound (by grass or similar groundcover as soon as is <br /> reasonably possible. <br /> <br /> <br />
