EXHIBIT B <br />RESOLUTION 95-046 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 95-10 <br />August 7, 1995 <br />Page I of 2 <br /> <br />Conditions for AnDroval <br /> <br />Should Conditional Use Permit No. 95-10 be approved, the project must comply with <br />all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California <br />Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and all <br />other applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following <br />conditions~ <br /> <br />A. Fire Department <br /> <br />Ail underground fuel dispensing systems must be approved by Santa <br />Ana Fire Department, Underground Tank Division. <br /> <br />B. Planninq Division <br /> <br />Sign clips to be removed from light standards and no signage of any <br />kind to be allowwed on light standards. <br /> <br />C. Police Department <br /> <br />Ail existing structures and parking lots must conform with the <br />provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, Division 3 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code (Building and Security Ordinance). These code <br />conditions will require that the existing project's lighting, <br />door/window locking devices and addressing be upgraded to current <br />code standards. Lighting standards can not be located within <br />required landscape planters. <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the premises free <br />of graffiti. All graffiti shall be removed within 24 hours of <br />occurrence. <br /> <br />The Petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of <br />litter the area adjacent, to the premises over which they have <br />control. <br /> <br />There shall be no coin-operated games maintained upon the premises <br />at any time. <br /> <br />The petitioner(s) shall post a placard prohibiting loitering on the <br />premises. The posted sign must conform to SAMC Section 10-96(c). <br /> <br />6. Ail exterior public telephones must be restricted to outgoing calls <br /> only. <br /> <br /> <br />
