?.03 <br /> <br />REL: 8/31/95 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-060 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A MITIGATED <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND A MITIGATION <br />MONITORING PROGRAM FOR THE STANDARD <br />AVENUE WIDENING PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Environmental Evaluator of the City of Santa Ana <br />has prepared a mitigated negative declaration for the proposed <br />widening of Standard Avenue between Chestnut Avenue and Santiago <br />Street (the "Project") and a proposed mitigation monitoring program <br />for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The mitigated negative declaration for the Project is <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
