RESOLUTION 95-078 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 95-19 <br />November 6, 1995 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />Conditions for ADDrevaI <br /> <br />Should Conditional Use Per, it No. 95-19 be approved, the project shall <br />comply with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform <br />Building Code and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it <br />shall meet the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. Plannlnq Division <br /> <br />Ail signage for the site will need to be in conformance <br />with the provisions of the Sign Code. <br /> <br />Ail on-site trees need to be upgraded to a minimum of 24 <br />inch box size or larger as shown on the approved landscape <br />plan. <br /> <br />Plant flowering vines on the block walls and trash <br />enclosure in order to reduce graffiti. <br /> <br />The convenience store will be limited to operating between <br />the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Development is to proceed consistent with Site Plan Review <br />DP No'. 94-65 <br /> <br />B. Pollce Department <br /> <br />The existing building and parking lot must conform with the <br />provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, Division 3 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Cede (Building Security Ordinance). <br />These code conditions will require that the existing <br />project's lighting, door and wihdow locking devices and <br />addressing be upgraded to current code standards.
