ORD. NS-635 Acting upon a request from the Realty Board, LAND USE Council deleted certain portions of Ordinance NS-635 for further consideration and study, then re-introduced by title ORDINANCE NO. NS-635 AMENDING, ADDING OR REPEALING PORTIONS OF PARTS 1 3 and 4 OF CPLAPTER 2, ARTICLE IX, OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE DEALING WITH LAND USE REGULATIONS. It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Counc~]mmn Brewer and unanimously carried, that further reading be waived and Ordinance No. NS-635 be passed to second reading. RESOLUTION 63-29 Deeds for acceptance were received from the ACCEPTING DEEDS following: William F. Contreras and Clara V. NO CASH Contreras, conveying an easement for street purposes at the northwest corner of Euclid Street and Bolas Avenue; and Y~m~ies, Inc., quitclaiming property on the east side of Bristol Street, south of Seventeenth Street.
